Northwest OHV Park Workday
Time & Location
About The Event
Join us for a volunteer day to help improve the Bridgeport Northwest OHV Park! We will mainly be placing poles/signs around the park and clearing trails. If you attended our last Workday, we will be doing similar tasks. Please understand that this will be a labor-intensive workday.
Since there is a limit of 30 working volunteers, we are asking that you do not register if you are not 100% sure you can attend or don't plan on working. Non-working passengers are more than welcome to tag along if they wish, but we will be working strenuously throughout the day. Just keep this in mind. To expedite the check-in process, a Volunteer Waiver link has been included here. Please have everyone in your group sign it. Click Here For Volunteer Waiver.
Lunch and water will be provided for the registered working volunteers first. If you are bringing kiddos or adult family members who don't plan on working, it is suggested that you bring food for them in the event we run out. You must sign up via this event to get your name on the list for free entry into the park. Non-Working passengers must be riding with you to also get free entry.
Please bring gloves, and tools if you have any. Shovels, posthole diggers, pickaxes, loppers, chainsaws, outdoor tools, etc., would be greatly beneficial for this project. It's summer in Texas so you can expect that it will be HOT. Don't forget your sunscreen, hats, and to drink plenty of water.
Thank you for volunteering your time and effort. We look forward to seeing you there!
